Our day was just beyond perfect! We could not have faulted any of the vendors or staff that we had involved. They all did such a wonderful job, it was exactly as we had imagined!

The weather was horrible on the day but Saltwater and A Beautiful Occasion made everything so easy in making last minute changes. We think we even preferred having the ceremony inside!! It was amazing!

My now Husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at Saltwater. Katie who handled all communications and planning was amazing from the first enquiry until the big day. Nothing was a problem and there was no such thing as too many questions for her.
Kylie and Dave were nothing short of perfect. The venue, the food, the staff, everything! They really took all stress away from us and took charge doing what they do best. Their staff were friendly and helpful, and honestly the most passionate group of people who love their job.
Any bride and groom wanting to have their wedding in the bay, you've found your venue. I would recommend Saltwater to any upcoming couple over and over. We love you guys and thank you for everything you did to make our day special.

From the moment we stepped into Saltwater Restaurant, we knew it was the perfect place for our special day. All communication was easy and nothing was ever too much to ask. After having our wedding at another venue cancelled due to covid, Katie the wedding coordinator went above and beyond to help us replan our wedding in 3-4 months. She made the process so much easier than the previous venue, providing us with a super helpful checklist and run sheet taking away so much planning stress. Katie was so easy to get a hold of and answered all of our questions promptly. She helped coordinate with the chef to ensure all food was safely prepared to account for myself and guests food allergies. Dave and Kylie (owners) were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day. They coordinated with our suppliers on the day so we didn’t have to stress, and allowed us to have the beautiful outdoor ceremony we wanted, despite the morning downpour.

Everyone LOVED the food - ourselves included! The venue looked stunning and the staff were all so wonderful throughout the night… it was the best day/night and we wish we could do it all again. If you're looking for an aesthetically pleasing wedding venue with an amazing beach view, some of the best food you will eat, super helpful staff and easy wedding planning/coordination, then look no further - saltwater ticks all the boxes! We cannot thank you guys enough!

Our wedding at Saltwater was the most magical day the views are absolutely breathtaking and made a perfect backdrop for photos for the rest of the day. The food was incredible, the staff were so accommodating and nothing was too big of an ask for them. From the minute we walked into the venue my husband and I both knew it was the location where we wanted our wedding to be held , our first meeting with Katie we were so impressed, It was so reassuring to know that we could call or email at any time we had any concerns during the planning process.
